The Neighbors of Cricket Slope are continuing to collect petition signatures and all concerned citizens of Oley Township and environs should consider writing letters to the developer, Mr. Anthony Forino, president of Forino Development, encouraging them to submit plans that are respectful of our historical heritage and enhance our unique town.

preserve farmland and open space, help create jobs and build a cleaner, safer

County Board of Commissioners adopted a Resolution supporting Governor
Rendell’s Growing Greener II farmland preservation ballot
initiative, which might be before voters this November. As such, The Governor,
the Berks County Commissioners and our State Legislature may be interested in
